Richard Bélanger is a city councillor from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He has served as the borough mayor of L'Île-Bizard–Sainte-Geneviève since 2005.[1] He is a member of the Union Montreal municipal political party. He also sits on the city of Montreal's executive committee, responsible for sports and leisure.[1]
Bélanger is a native of Île Bizard, and has been a city councillor since 1991.[1]
